Modern Creator consists of two primary builders, sculptor/designer Jacob Breeden and engineer/builder Dan Zwinck. We utilize many other talented people in our builds including architects, designers, fabricators, lighting designers, and fire effect specialists.
We build things together, we build things on our own, we never stop building.
Jacob Breeden is a working artist and businessman. His current business, Process Art House was the recipient of a $100,000 grant award from the WTAMU Enterprise Center for the growth and development of an art leasing program developed to assist artists in monetizing their creative output in 2014. Jacob was also awarded the Top Twenty Under Forty in Business Award in the same year. In 2016 Process Art House was awarded the Top Small Business Award by the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce, an award given to businesses which devote time, money, and resources back to the community in which they operate.
Jacob actively represents over 40 artists through his art brokerage and leasing program. He works with numerous global teams building large scale art installations around the world including works for the Glastonbury Festival in the UK, and for the last two years at the Burning Man festival in Nevada. The 2015 work was developed through a grant awarded by the Burning Man Foundation.
Jacob’s studio work and business models both reflect his belief that art can be used to make a difference in the lives of all people, and that those who create works can find stable economic models to operate within in order to make a living off of their work.

Mr. Zwinck is a builder of things – from large art installations to competition off-road vehicles, he uses his mechanical engineering degree and decades of fabrication experience to consult, design, analyze, and build anything that peaks his interest. Recent projects include: design/build of a 30’ lightweight articulated steel tail for a Burning Man 2016 Art Car, the AXOLOTL; structural engineering/fabrication on a 180’ corten public art installation in Amarillo, TX; complete start-to-finish build of a tube-chassis rockcrawler as a personal hobby. He and his wife live on a small farm just south of Amarillo, TX.
